By accessing or using Max Alert services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

Max Alert provides location-specific severe weather alerts via phone calls, text messages, and emails. The service monitors National Weather Service warnings and notifies subscribers when hazardous weather threatens their registered locations.
block Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
- Frame or mirror any content without written permission
- Access restricted areas of the service
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Harvest personal information of other users
- Interfere with service operations
- Reverse engineer any software
- Engage in any illegal conduct
chat Electronic Communications
You agree to comply with all telecommunications regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM Act. Emergency weather notifications may be sent at any time. Non-emergency messages will not be sent between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. in your time zone.
lock Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login information. You agree to update your registration details promptly if they change.
autorenew Subscription & Auto-Renewal
IMPORTANT: Communication services automatically renew. There will be recurring charges in the amount initially set forth at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@maxvelocitywx.com.

Max Alert retains ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
warning Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." Max Alert disclaims all warranties and limits liability to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. Weather alerts are provided as a supplement to, not a replacement for, official emergency notification systems.
balance Dispute Resolution
Any disputes require a 30-day negotiation period, followed by binding arbitration through JAMS under the Federal Arbitration Act if not resolved.
public Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in Texas courts.
